team who will be happy to assist.
- Customers are not responsible for the payment of import taxes and duties unless the destination country is highlighted with * in the schedule.
- Customers can ship within any of our 45 destinations. Select Country/Language to change your shipping destination, view local prices and
delivery times. Please note you will lose the contents of your shopping bag if you change country.

- Collect-in-Store is a free service offered to UK customers, whereby orders can be shipped to and collected from the Burberry Knightsbridge store. Please see below for more information.
- Free shipping is available on all Burberry Bespoke products, please note we will

COLLECT-IN-STORE
- Collect-in-Store is a free service, exclusively available at the Burberry Knightsbridge store in London.
- Orders placed online by 2pm London time from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), will be available to collect at the Burberry Knightsbridge store from midday the following day, during store opening hours.
- On placing a Collect-in-Store order you will receive an Order Confirmation email and once your order has been processed you will receive a Shipping email to advise when to collect your order from the store.
- When collecting your order please bring the following items:
- A copy of your Order or Shipping Confirmation email
- The card used to purchase the products
- If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, please provide your written permission in addition to the above items.
- Your order will remain at the store for 10 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the products will be returned and a full refund processed to the original method of payment.
TRACK MY ORDER
- On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Please check the status of your order online. Visit My Burberry, sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab.
- Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.
- If you have ordered Burberry Bespoke items, we will send regular email updates on
the current status of your Burberry Bespoke trench coat.
